As part of UpNext Group, we help millions discover and compare adventures, workshops, tours, entertainment, and more across top categories like Adventure and Thrill, Art and Culture, Outdoor and Nature, and Food and Drink. Varoom lists activities from trusted partners and directs travelers to their sites to book — making it easy to find, compare, and experience unforgettable moments worldwide.

To make changes to your reservation, please visit the partner’s website with whom you booked. As an affiliate provider, we consolidate multiple travel sites in one easy search; however, we cannot access your reservation information. Please check your email for reservation details to see the partner with whom you have booked. At this time, no bookings are made directly via our website, so we are unable to help you modify, cancel, or change a reservation.

We list activities and experiences from our partners, including many online travel agents (OTAs) and direct connections through activity and experience management platforms that distribute their listings across sites like ours and throughout the UpNext Group network. It’s likely that you agreed to this added distribution when signing up for their services. We refer visitors directly to our partners or experience providers to complete their bookings and do not process reservations ourselves. Our goal is to help promote these experiences, reach more travelers, and ensure fewer activities go unbooked. There is no additional cost to being listed on our network.

If your property has been removed from a partner’s website, it is possible that we still have cached the listing or are in the process of having it be removed from our website. In time, it will also be unpublished from our network of sites. If you would like to remove it faster, please contact us and we will see if we can help.

The activity and experience listings on our website are supplied by our partners and distributed across the UpNext Group network to increase visibility for providers. If your activity appears on our site, it is likely included through one of these partner agreements. To request removal, please contact the partner or platform through which you manage your listing.

If you wish to remove your activity from our site alone, you can send us a link to your activity page on our website at support@varoom.com. There is no cost at present to be featured on Varoom.

Varoom currently lists properties from our partners and a select network of online travel sellers. We are introducing functionality that will allow direct listings via select channel managers, bringing even more properties onto our network. This information is provided by our partners or sourced directly from the experience providers themselves.
