Gold Coast Small Group Gin Masterclass

Summary: Took a chance on booking this class knowing little about gin, whilst about to holiday on GC from NZ. Our hosts were Edward and Eva, very knowledgeable, humourous and relaxed. We learnt about gin, and then made our own. Which we are drinking whilst writing this review. I don't know if it's because we made the gin ourselves, or we are a little pickled, but we had a fabulous time at Wildflower Gin, and it's continuing. Thank you again Eva and Edward. If you like to learn, love to drink and just want a nice time with nice people on a lovely Gold Coast day, Wildflower is worth the effort.

Summary: Had an awesome evening at Wildflower Distillery getting some hands-on experience in the distilling process, we even got to take our own gin home in a personalised bottle! Highly recommend.

Summary: A fantastic afternoon hosted by James and Tudor at Wildflower gin. An extremely intimate experience learning all about the history of gin and gin making. A great selection of botanicals to add to your desired drop and a smooth gin to taste during the experience with the Wildflower Signature range. Great addition of dried citrus for the cocktail and a comfortable and stylish cellar door set up. Would be great to have an addition of 'coffee beans' to smell to help separate the botanicals when tasting your distilled brew during the process or even a palette cleanser such as some simple sorbet. However, this would be a welcome addition to an already excellent experience. Plus, a small grazing platter/cheese board during the afternoon would add an additional element to the experience and you could potentially collaborate with some local cheese makers and showcase the local area even more. Again this would also be another welcome addition to the overall experience. Loved taking home my own little labelled bottle of my gin too. We will be back to distil again. Thank you

Summary: Great evening, highly recommend, shouted myself for my birthday, very informative and fun, James and Tudor where perfect hosts, and the new gin buddies that I got to meet, the atmosphere and decor was great, cant wait to do it again and tag along some friends. Thank you so much!!

Summary: This was a great way to learn more about the gin making process and I also loved how we got to make our own gin using the flavours & botanicals that suited our own taste.

Summary: Tried to find a unique birthday experience for my partner and this ticked all the boxes. Spent 2 hours learning the basics of gin making whilst having lots of fun. We got to take home a bottle of our own special custom gin which made the experience even more satisfying. Tudor and James were expert hosts. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for something different to experience on the Gold Coast.
