Our evening with Bruce was absolutely one of the best and most memorable tours we’ve ever taken! He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and incredibly informative — the perfect guide to introduce us to the rich history and flavors of Granada.
We visited three fantastic locations, each offering delicious drinks and food, all while learning fascinating stories about the city’s culture and past. Bruce made the evening so much fun and engaging from start to finish.

We often do a food tour when arriving in a city. It gives us an overview of the culinary scene, nightlife and history. This was the best tour we have ever done. Our guide, Katia, was extremely knowledgeable about the city and the food scene. She took us to a variety of places that provided excellent quality food in good portions. She explains dishes and their origin in the cities culture as well as the wines. The fact that she trained as a chef showed. She went above and beyond showing and tasting local products.

Marcel is the consummate host and ideally suited to his profession. He has an incredible level of passion and knowledge about food and the history of Spain beyond this local area, expertly weaving his information through stories while explaining local customs around eating and drinking. Sometimes breaking into song, he made us laugh often as we walked around a beautiful historic area and gained an understanding of the history behind the flavours and ingredients and food we were to taste.
There was a stop at a spice store followed by a tremendous variety of tapas and a drink at each of the 3 separate restaurants and every tapas was extraordinary. A dinner’s worth of delight. Do not eat before going!
