Summary: I took this Japanese snacks and sake class in Osaka with my partner and it was brilliant. Chef Yuki from Cozymeal showed us how to make dishes like fish tatsuta age, octopus salad and rice onigiri while pairing them with sake. A relaxed and tasty experience I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka!

Summary: I always try to book a cooking class when I travel and this was honestly one of the best classes I have done so far. Our chef made it all feel easy and relaxed as we learned to prepare tempura vegetables, grilled skewers with tender chicken and fresh herbs, and a few small plates that paired perfectly with the sake. The flavors were incredible and the sake tasting added such a unique touch to the whole experiance (and made be feel a bit tipsy). Great class. Thank you cozymeal!
