Summary: One complaint no contact from operator other than email that we dont have access to abroad being older clients. pick up timer moved from 8.30 to 8.45. While Mark was a good Guide. They dont tell you you spend an hour going round picking people up for what should be a twenty minute Coach trip to sites. Then waiting for others from another bus to join trip. Ridiculous.
