Summary: The instructor was excellent. Our group was mostly Spanish speaking, and the instructor was patient enough to give us time to translate each step in the process. The entire group really enjoyed the experience. The location was super easy to access via the metro. Very clean, spacious, had a bathroom, and all the gadgets to make the cookies.
