Summary: We had such an unforgettable time on the Winter Whale Cruise with Wildlife Coast Cruises! From the moment we stepped on board, the energy was warm and welcoming. The all-girl crew, including the captain, was such a refreshing and empowering touch, it really stood out and added to the uniqueness of the experience. The crew was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. It was great to see them joking around and having fun with each other and with us passengers. The vibe was relaxed, uplifting, and made us feel like part of the adventure. One of the absolute highlights was seeing a small calf swimming alongside its mother, such a beautiful and moving moment. We felt incredibly lucky to witness it. Special shoutout to Perla, the marine educator, who was so kind and engaging. It’s not every day you get to learn from someone so passionate and informed, let alone from PhD candidates! Having guides with such deep expertise onboard is a huge plus and really added to the richness of the experience. If you're thinking about doing this cruise, do it. Between the amazing wildlife, the outstanding crew, and the genuinely fun atmosphere, it’s an experience you won’t forget!
