Summary: The place, the ambience, and the attitude of Eric made the tour something special. We visited all the key part of the facilities and were walked through the whole process while hearing anecdotes and interesting facts about the region and the making of cognac.

Summary: Eric, the Braastad guide, presented an engaging story about the distillery and its products. He patiently answered all of our questions (we had a lot!) and was generous in introducing us to the cognacs at the end of the tour.

Summary: This was an amazing experience for us, who knew absolutely nothing about cognac. The tour of the buildings and distillery was extremely interesting as was learning about the history of the beautiful building, cognac itself and the family who built this enterprise. Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions (there were lots!) and shared so much information with us. We were very lucky to have him to ourselves and he was just so friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend him highly enough - a great guide!
