Summary: We went to the markets in town (fish and vegetables) and could choose, what kind of food we wanted to cook. We learned a lot about spices, herbs, vegetables and fruits and how to prepare and use it. We cooked different currys and a kottu. It was very delicious and Susan is a wonderful teacher.
