Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) Lesson and Excursion

Summary: As a very experienced SUP-er; the following...I have met Giorgia the owner of this little organisation via chat/Whatsapp. Open and transparent about her English; she did answer all my questions. Whether it was possible to join with my own SUP and with my dog Isabella (30kg). As said I've been SUPPING around EU open water, sea, rivers, canals, lakes etc. for more than 10 years now however we, my dog Isabella especially, never encountered dolphins. So no idea what to expect how she will respond. Bringing my own SUP, no problem. Explaining the route and what we were about to do these 3 hours, no problem. Detailed explanation about practical issues as parking (free of charges) and 5 meters from the shore: no problem. All was explained even before joining the next day. The tour itself: Giorgia and her colleague are highly professional. They will take all the time to explain the SUP, the paddle, the position and are standby to adjust and direct where necessary. If it is your first SUP-experience , rest assure: you can easily join. Easy! After feeling comfortable with your paddle & board you will paddle in the most easy & relax tempo to where the dolphins (hopefully) are. Yes, they were there! It is unique and wonderful sightseeing, seeing these animals. But that is for you to discover ;-) And Isabella, let's say Isabella & Dolphins: friends for life! After the dolphin-encounterS, we were set "paddle" to the little bay-area for our breakfast. Giorgia even thought about cookies /breakfast for Isabella! So thoughtful! During breakfast she answered all questions from the other participants about SUP, dolphins, Golfo de Arancia etc etc etc. Additionally, if you do not have the equipment to made photo's or short movies: rest assure Giorgia and her colleague are making photos videos, individually and as a group and all will be received via whatsapp. All and all, everybody who is in the Golfo Aranci or in the neighborhood: go! Book this tour, it is definitely worthwhile the money. Giorgia and her colleagues will "unburden" you completely and will make sure that you will have a unique Dolphin experience. Morning or Sunset sup! One little disclaimer: Dolphins are living animals and there is never a 100% guarantee they will show up. Having said that; no worries, Giorgia and colleagues are very professional and doing this for years. They now where they are.

Summary: This was such a fun experience! Aloysia and Marco were the best hosts. We were given a short lesson (we already had some experience with paddle boarding) and then we were on our way. We saw dolphin and paddled over to a private beach to take a dip in the water. We were served a wonderful little breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit, juice and even coffee right on our boards. I would highly recommend!!

Summary: I had an absolutely brilliant paddling experience with Sunrise SUPer in Sardinia. As beautiful as the beaches are there, the ones you can visit via paddleboard are even more breathtaking and special. Aloysia is a wonderful guide and when I thought I could not even be more impressed, she dropped an anchor and served a gorgeous breakfast right on the board! This is definitely something you must do when visiting Northeast Sardinia!
