The Volcano Shuttle is a thrilling Super Jeep off-road experience that brings you up close to the raw beauty and power of recent eruptions on the Reykjanes Peninsula — without the need for long hikes.Departing from the Fagradalsfjall parking lot, this guided adventure visits the active volcano as well as offering a unique view into Iceland’s ever-evolving volcanic terrain.This tour is perfect for those who are unable or prefer not to hike the 2–3 hours typically required to reach the new lava fields on foot. Instead you ride in a specially modified 4x4 Super Jeep, built to conquer rough terrain, steep mountain roads, and lava-strewn trails that ordinary vehicles can't reach.
