Summary: Truly amazing experience. Bobby is an excellent guide, very patient with us taking pictures and modest when he told as about his culture and answered our questions. He also play the flute beautifully. The area is breathtaking and I really recommend this tour to people who really enjoy nature and are interested in learn a little bit more about the Navajo Nation. By accessing the park you can drive your own car on certain areas which may be enough for most people, but the tours gives you access to areas where you can only go accompanied by a Navajo guide. Bobby stopped in many places along the way to give us time to take pictures and giving us information about the different rock formations. He even knows about many movies which were filmed in the area. In one of the stops we were directed to a hogan (traditional Navajo home) where a lady gave us a talk about her culture, all very interesting. She also have her own souvenirs for sale (cheaper than other places we saw before) and a box for donations. On a previous stop was possible also to buy souvenirs and even food and coffee, but keep in mind that there is not restrooms available during the tour. We were only four people (plus Bobby) on the 9AM tour and we were driven on a closed 4x4 vehicle which was vey comfortable. Driving on an open vehicle (which they probably use with a more numerous group) may be not as good as the road is very dusty and the temperature could be very cold or very hot depending of the time of the year.
