Thank you trekking guide Birendra. I successfully trek to ABC. This is my third time to go trekking in Nepal and same I choose mission Himalayan treks company.
I have long term anemia. I worried a lot my health condition whether it is suitable to trek to high altitude or not. Before trekking, I consulted my physician and she said ok,, no problem, and remember to walk slowly, and do not rapidly climb high altitude in short period of time.
Because of my illness, I discuss with birendra, and he tailored made a unique trekking route to me to suit my special need. For normal person, they may need around 6 to 7 days to finish the classic ABC trekking route. After discussion with Birendra, he design a unique 10 days route to me, slowly rise from pokhara 822m to ABC 4130m, in order to avoid rapid rise.
Birendra is a caring and responsible guide. Whenever i saw the endless upstairs, he always have his own ways to encourage me. Thank you all along.
