Summary: Now this one was a pleasant surprise. José was one of the best guides I've ever had the luck to encounter - incredibly knowledgeable on all topics regarding the past and present of Arequipa: from the origin of Pisco, to the history and the architectural and religious peculiarities of the city, to the gastronomic habits of its inhabitants. I was really impressed and the tour was definitely worth my while, so much so that I'd go again if I was ever to come here again, and I sure hope I will.

Summary: Our guide Abraham Jose was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Arequipa. We had a nicely paced walking tour of the historical sites and foods of the area. We learned so much and could walk the city by ourselves after the tour. I would highly recommend this tour when you arrive in the city.
