Summary: More chocolate than you know what to do with, and you learn how to make it into pralines. Plenty of opportunities for experimenting, and artistic expression:)

Summary: Great experience and great teacher. Loved learning how to make Pralines and Genache. We had so much fun and had alot of chocolate to take home with us.

Summary: Sabina was outstanding!!! Her class was exceptional. We made delicious chocolates, sampled plenty during the class, and brought a LOT home. Not to mention the delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommend this class!!
