Summary: We had a auper cool coffee workshop experience in Chiang Mai. From the moment we were picked up from our hotel, everything was so well organized and welcoming. The visit took place at Ya Noi’s (grandma Noi) beautiful farm, and it truly felt like stepping into her home. She greeted us with warmth and treated us to a delicious homemade lunch filled with unique local dishes that made the experience even more special. Our lovely guide, Kim and the team, guided us through every step with patience and enthusiasm. We started with a fun tasting and aroma game that helped us discover the different notes hidden in coffee beans. Then we picked fresh coffee cherries, learned about their origins, and understood how to identify the right time to harvest them. Kim explained the differences between various bean types, showed us how to roast them to perfection, and taught us the right way to grind and brew. Beyond the educational part, the experience felt genuine, joyful, and full of heart. The farm itself is stunning, and the ride there is an attraction on its own. A huge thank you to the wonderful team and to Grandma Noi for opening her home and heart to us. This workshop was one of the highlights of our trip, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

Summary: Absolute five star experience. I highly recommend the Chiang Mai Coffee Farm Tour. It was a gift for my sister and before we went she admitted to me that she had done a coffee farm tour in Hawaii last year. I was worried this would pale in comparison but that was absolutely not the case. This tour is so hands-on and so informative, we had a fabulous time and we learned so much about coffee growing and harvesting and roasting and brewing, things she did not learn at the big farm tour. Lunch was delicious. And then we finished at their cafe in town with a fun coffee specialty drink. The hosts are so friendly and informative. If you are looking for something fun to do in Chiang Mai, definitely do this coffee tour. I will certainly bring my future guests.
