Summary: Fabio's class was great. Making Ligurian Pesto with locals who know how was awesome. The Pasta, focaccia, local wines and all the other great tastes were magic. Highly recommend this class. Fabio and his Chef friend are friendly, passionate about the local food scene and fun to be around.
