Summary: First, comunication with the team via whatsapp was really good. Pick-up: they were ahead of schedule! The guide. Maya, was super friendly and made us feel welcomed from start. Both days were astounding. First day going up the mountain (up to 4910m) was amazing, thermal bath was really an experience and hotel was OK though a little tight (one room for 3, myself and 2 grown ups...). We didn't have the time though to do the cooking activity (no explanation on that) but the day was really full so OK. Second day with the condors, astounding. One note: all tour operators will take you for lunch to restaurants in middle of nowhere, so it's not exactly free-time nor do you have ability to go elsewhere. Has the advantage of being fast and relatively decent in terms of food. What you prefer is spending time outside rather than in restaurants so in the end a good solution Overall great experience l. Great agency I would recommend
