Summary: Sevi was amazing, knowledgeable, and had really good energy. We were also lucky enough to be part of a great group. We got to choose from seasonal recipes and received the recipes at the end. We also learned a cretan dance which we failed at horribly. All in all it was a wonderful experience to end our vacation with. Only note was that we did not get to meet the donkey, Hercules.
