Dolphin watching by boat

Summary: Experienced captain, got us to a pod very quickly so we spent an hour amongst some beautiful local dolphins. Wonderful Boat ride was also a lot of fun going high speed over some waves Easy communication with organiser over WhatsApp

Summary: This experience is slightly more expensive than some other trips that are available, however due to the reviews and a little extra time offered actually watching for dolphins I choose to go through them. The day before we were text and asked which boat we would like, they have a speed boat and then a larger boat with a shade and toilet facilities. I felt that the bigger one would suit us a bit better but in hindsight and if I had more information I would have gone for the smaller boat. We arrived first and the staff were very friendly and informed us straight away of the process. We waited for everyone else to arrive. When boarding, families with children were allowed on first. When we boarded we were directed to one seat along the outside and one in the middle of the boat. The next two people on refused to have one in the middle and sat around the outside - I should have done this as sitting in middle definitely changes the trip. Seeing the dolphins was amazing, the sunrise was a lovely added touch to the trip. However…I feel that before we started the journey back, those in the middle should be given the chance to sit along the outside. All my videos and photos were unfortunately blocked my heads and in my opinion did ruin it for me. We all paid the same so all should be given the same experience. We paid more to use this company as they do offer smaller boats but I could have probably had a better view with a cheaper larger boat.

Summary: We booked two excursions with My Sea Experience – the dolphin viewing trip and the caves & snorkelling excursion – and they were both absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything was seamless. The booking process was simple, the directions were clear and easy to follow, and everything was so well organised. The team on board truly made the experience unforgettable. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, smiley and full of fun. They worked incredibly hard throughout both trips to make sure everyone had an amazing time, and their enthusiasm and professionalism really shone through. We had the best time and made some wonderful memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend My Sea Experience to anyone visiting Mallorca. Thank you to the entire team for such an incredible experience – we’ll definitely be back!
