Summary: my wife and I had a wonderful tour with Bill yesterday.. We told him at the time that it was probably our best bicycle tour we’ve ever had and we congratulated him on his very detailed reviewing of the bike with us, giving us a test drive and leading us very safely throughout the city. Not to mention, he spent a good deal more than two hours with us and seemed to have endless patience in answering our questions.
