Florence Half-Day Small-Group Pasta Class With Pasta Museum
Meet your chef and instructor at the Pasta Museum, right in the heart of Florence. Explore the complex where you can see antique tools used for centuries to make fresh pasta and explain the fascinating history of Italian pasta making. Then, roll up your sleeves and get to work creating three types of fresh pasta from scratch, following the tips and techniques shared during the class. Afterwards, feast on your tagliatelle, ravioli, and tortelli tossed in a classic tomato sauce and served during a sit-down meal together paired with Tuscan wines. End by taking away printed copies of each recipe as a souvenir so you can recreate each dish at home. Note: Entrance to Pasta Museum and wine tasting requires payment of €20 per person to be paid on site at the end of the experience by credit card to the museum association.
