Summary: Absolutely amazing experience. A beautiful job teaching us how to make dumplings. We did spend some time at the market before the class. The chef is very experienced. Very comfortable environment and a delicious outcome. Our guide Lance Zhou helped negotiate the language. He also showed us around the market and helped with the dumpling class. We’ve had many cooking classes in the past this is one of the best.

Summary: Wonderful, a spectacular morning touring the market and then cooking and cooking a lot, this really is a cooking experience. Thank you so much to Lance and his partner who, besides being two good conductors, are wonderful people; you can tell they enjoy giving these classes. The food was brutal with many preparations, so many that it was impossible to finish it all, a shame because everything was delicious. Thank you so much again.
