Half-Day Snake River Scenic Float Trip from Jackson

Summary: Matilda was an excellent guide! She was very conscientious of our safety, but also ensured we had fun. We saw so many bald eagles, we lost count. The float was perfect.. even as little class I & II waves!! We had such a nice time! The sandwiches at lunchtime were big enough to feed a family! Seriously - they were HUGE!

Summary: The guide was knowledgeable and engaging. He told us about where to go locally for good food and drinks. He also told us where to go to spot Moose in the Tetons. The next morning we went where directed and saw 3 bull moose. It was a good trip the equipment was good, the lunch was good, the guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend.

Summary: This was actually my and my husband's second time doing a Snake River rafting tour (previously with another company). This time we were on a family trip for my mom's birthday and she wanted to do a more scenic ride vs the white water rapids lol The whole process, from check in to the ride to and from the entrance point, was seamless. Communication with the company was great. Our guide was Andrew. He was great, super chill, and even jumped in the water with a couple of the guys in our group towards the end of the ride. He was very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife we saw. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time floating down the Snake River! The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the experience was peaceful, calm, and so relaxing. We saw so many eagles along the way, which made it even more special. A perfect way to enjoy the beauty of Wyoming, highly recommend

Summary: Guide Griffin was excellent and extremely well informed about the wildlife and geology.

Summary: Great experience, calmer than white water. It was very pleasant and well organized. Eagan was our tour guide was terrific! He allowed our kid to paddle on few occasions, and our son loved it, so we really appreciate it. Also, he allowed my husband to dip the kiddo on a few spots… interestingly there were a few passages with faster water, so it is fun! Eagan told us a lot about local economics, how water rights work, all the animals and birds we saw… he also pointed out which houses and land belonged to who, for example, Sandra Bullock and Harrison Ford. The stories about Harrison Ford were phenomenal! It is worth going on the ride just for that! We really enjoyed our time in this scenic raft and look forward to bringing our friends!

Summary: Our family had an incredible experience with the Snake River Scenic Float Trip, and our guide, Matilda, made it truly unforgettable! In addition a worthwhile trip for the money and perfect trip time. We were running behind on our way to the launch, but the staff couldn’t have been kinder. They had us head straight to the boat ramp, quickly got us checked in, and made sure we made it onto the raft just in time. (Sorry again to our fellow passengers for the last-minute arrival and boat ramp drop off!) From the moment we launched, Matilda was absolutely fantastic. She was an amazing guide, storyteller, and communicator. She kept everyone engaged with fascinating stories about her childhood growing up in Alaska, life in Jackson Hole, and some of her past river adventures. Our kids especially loved interacting with her—she made them feel like an important part of the trip and kept them entertained the entire time. The float itself was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We loved the beautiful scenery, spotting bald eagles, the fun little stretches of whitewater, and even getting the chance to hop into the river while the boat drifted along. Matilda also let our kids take turns rowing, which became one of the highlights of their vacation. To top it all off, the lunch was generous and delicious. This was one of the favorite experiences of our entire Jackson Hole trip. If you’re lucky enough to get Matilda as your guide, you’re in for a memorable adventure. Highly recommend this float trip for families or anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Snake River with an outstanding guide!

Summary: We had such a great time on our Snake River Scenic Float Trip with Teton views. Our guide, Issac, was super chill and shared fun stories throughout the ride. He was especially great with one of the younger guests, which made the experience even better. We spotted tons of eagles and even a snake. The whole float was peaceful, beautiful, and a perfect way to experience the Snake River.
