- Professional guides provide safety equipment and instruction; you will wear a full wetsuit, helmet and harness supplied as part of the experience.
- Plan to bring at least 2 L of water, a bathing suit and towel (these are not supplied), sturdy shoes suited to wet, slippery rock, and small personal items in a waterproof bag.
