Summary: Had a great 4 hour fishing outing with Captain Greg Suidy. Greg was a skilled and patient instructor who coaches his guests in landing Chinook and other fish species. Some tour operators, we were told, will catch and land the fish for you to have the ultimate kodak moment but Greg's philosophy is to talk you through the landing process. In doing so, you can expect the thrill of a lifetime if you are a novice sport salmon fisher as we were. The boat was spacious enough for our party of 4 adults and one child and the fishing equipment was first class and easy to handle. Greg's wife Loretta manages the booking and the retail storefront and was a pleasure to deal with. Her friendly manner made for a stress-free experience and her preparatory material and links to the DFO licencing site made it easy to purchase the necessary licences for all on board. We thoroughly enjoyed this 4 hour excursion with family members and would highly recommend booking your fishing excursion with Sunshine Kayaking.

Summary: We chartered a boat for 12 people for the afternoon. Greg went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Mid tour, we anchored the boat near Gambier Island where we were able to go for a swim in calm waters - refreshing on a hot day. We all had a blast and would highly recommend this. Kudos to Greg for his exceptional service!
