Our Wings Over Kauai Air tour was awesome! Our pilot, Jeff, explained what to expect before we even left. He made us feel quite comfortable which added to the experience. He explained what mountains, beaches, resorts, etc that we saw as we were passing over them. The perspective from that high up, and the views, were breathtaking! We had done a helicopter tour in 2014 so we got to go in close to the waterfalls, but the plane tour allowed us to go much higher and see the island from a whole different/higher view. Spectacular!! The plane flight was surprisingly stable so we didn’t experience any motion sickness at all. Seeing this beautiful island from a catamaran, helicopter and tour plane were all worth it. That said, this plane tour was much better priced and highly rated. The catamaran cruise (with dinner) was next in terms of cost. Helicopter was most expensive. Highly recommend Wings Over Kauai Air Tour! Video taken from wings of plane is available for purchase, which we did. Loved this tour and would do again!!

Summary:
I really enjoyed my 1hr Wings Over Kauai flight. The tour started on the south side and traveled over Poipu, then over Waimea Canyon. From there, we saw amazing views of the Nepali coast and Ke’e Beach. Then, we saw the North side including Princeville and the Kīlauea lighthouse, and finishing on the Eastern side of Kauai. Our pilot was very informative and professional.
