  • Mode of transportation is limited to within the city (public transport or private vehicle based on your booking)
  • Custom itinerary planning begins once you’ve submitted the tour form and we may make reservations on your behalf
  • Book as early as possible-ideally 3 months in advance, or at least 1 month before your travel date; requests within 7 days may not be arranged
  • Arrive at the meet-up at least 10 minutes early; the guide’s phone number is provided before the tour if you need assistance
  • Although private, the guide will wait up to 30 minutes after the start time before the tour is cancelled
