Summary: The cruise itself was lovely and the staff on board really helpful. The issue was the boat was changed from our original booking. New boat was better which was great but we weren’t informed on this at all and were stood lost with no clear sign or email telling us this information We also booked through the app as our rep wasn’t at her station and we asked about the transfer to the boat and she was no help. Basically saying we are on our own as we didn’t book through her. Not very nice tbh
