- You must be at least 15 years old and have a moderate level of fitness; children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bring your passport details at booking; Nepal visa fee, international flights, personal travel insurance (including helicopter evacuation) and crew tips are not included.
- Public transport links are available near Namarjung and airport transfers are provided privately; be prepared for all weather conditions and dress appropriately.
- A porter ratio is arranged (one porter per two guests), and you’ll have access to emergency evacuation arrangements - ensure you carry evacuation insurance and any personal medical cover.

Meet in central Namarjung, Nepal for a private airport pick-up or at the designated local bus stop for Kathmandu–Arughat public transport departures; final pre-trek briefing will be held in Namarjung before you head toward the Manaslu region.

- An oximeter is provided so you can check pulse, oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily to monitor altitude mountain sickness (AMS) symptoms - a useful safety measure for high-altitude trekking.
- Arrangement of emergency evacuation service is included (evacuation costs should be covered by your travel insurance provider).
- The trekking planner supplies essential gear: sleeping bag, down jacket, T-shirt, cap, duffle bags, plus city and trekking route maps.
- All required permits are arranged: ACA permit, MCAP permit and special permits for Manaslu and Tsum Valley area.
Excludes
- Nepal visa fee is not included - bring the exact fee in USD and two passport-size photos for visa processing.
- International airfare to and from Kathmandu is not included.
- All meals and accommodation in Kathmandu are excluded from the package.
- Personal travel and health insurance, including insurance for helicopter evacuation, is your responsibility.
- Extra night accommodation and city meals (lunch and dinner) caused by early arrival, late departure or early return from the mountain are not included.
- Personal expenses are excluded (phone calls, baggage charges, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, extra porters, bottled or boiled water, showers, etc.).
- Tips for trekking crew and driver are not included and are at your discretion.
- Additional expenses due to flight delays, strikes, weather conditions, or other Events beyond our control are not covered.
- Anything not explicitly listed in the included Services is excluded from the package.
- International airfare and personal travel insurance are reiterated exclusions; plan accordingly.

Our trip went to the beautiful Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley - Incredible! It was an extraordinary experience trekking for sixteen days with our guide Binod and porter Santosh! They are a great team! And I appreciated their attentiveness on and off the trail. My birthday happened to be during our trek, and when Binod found out, he organized a special surprise celebration complete with chocolate cake. It’s something I’ll remember all my life.
