Summary: We had a great time making bagels. They were delicious. My recommendation to the host would be having coffee/juice and butter/jam/cream cheese. Even if you have to charge a little extra. I normally don't eat my bagels plain.

Summary: My husband and I had a lovely time at this class. Our instructor did a great job at taking the class through the steps while also explaining why things were done a certain way. The bagels were very tasty, too.
