Summary: Simply an unforgettable experience! Flying in a helicopter over Etna is something unique: breathtaking views, very strong emotions and an extraordinary perspective on one of the most fascinating volcanoes in the world. A special thanks goes to Marcello, the pilot, who with great professionalism, competence and friendliness made us experience a safe and spectacular flight, explaining many details about Etna to us and immediately putting us at ease. I would also like to compliment Olga, at the reception, who welcomed us with a smile and handled the check-in with great courtesy, helpfulness and attention. Her kindness made the experience pleasant from the very first moment.
