Summary: I was alone at the class since I am traveling solo. I was hyped to learn the tricks and skills to make pizza and the class completely fulfilled my wishes. The group that I was in was small so it was a very personal experience. I lived the communication in the group but mainly our chef, who was positive, entertaining and a bright spirit. Thank you for making my start into the day special and teaching me the necessary things that I can take with me at home to make good pizza.
