We had a fantastic experience with this team and would happily recommend them.
From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They were flexible in helping us design a customized itinerary rather than pushing a standard tour, and they were always quick to respond to questions and requests. They also worked with us on a creative payment solution when we faced cash restrictions entering from Afghanistan, which we really appreciated.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time with. His background as Tajikistan’s former national boxing champion made for some great conversations along the way. Our driver was equally outstanding — navigating the Pamir Highway safely over many long days, including one with nearly 12 hours of driving, while always making us feel comfortable and secure.
Most importantly, the team delivered everything they promised. When one member of our group became ill, they went well beyond what would normally be expected, helping arrange medical care and making sure he was looked after. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.
