Summary: The Latin Quarter food trail with Vimala was one of the most memorable experiences of my Goa trip. She brought the history, culture and flavours of the neighbourhood alive with such warmth and passion. Every little story, street and dish felt more meaningful because of the way she introduced us to it. Vimala was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and genuinely passionate about Goa’s heritage and food. It felt less like a guided tour and more like being shown around by someone who truly loves and understands the place. A special mention to Make It Happen for curating such an authentic and beautifully paced experience. If you want to experience the real character of Goa beyond the usual tourist trail, this is absolutely worth doing.
