Summary: So glad we booked this tour instead of driving ourselves. We were both able to enjoy it without the stress of driving. Our guide was Dave who was great. There was a wind advisory the night before our 9am tour. We had the option to reschedule, cancel or cross our fingers and hope the road to the summit was open. Due to our flight time, we took our chances and after about a half hour delay the road was opened. Dave had a lot of interesting information on the ride up. He also recommended a tapas restaurant close to our meeting place which was fantastic. Highly recommend this tour vs driving yourselves.
