Summary: A huge thank you to Bunyod Tour and our wonderful tour guide Ayatollah. He was incredibly patient and made our trip unforgettable. He took us to an amazing lunch spot and when we accidentally went to one we didn’t like, he immediately knew the best alternative. His local connections around town are impressive; even when we visited the mosque right after Friday prayer (normally closed to the public), he managed to get us in. Overall, the Tajik people are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I highly recommend this tour because it’s truly one of the best ways to experience Dushanbe and the region.
