Summary: Irena's dedication to the sea, the environment and the produce we worked with is truly remarkable and takes this experience to the next level. I've always been somewhat apprehensive when it came to handling fish but through this workshop I gained knowledge that empowered me to venture into cooking with fish more. Did I mention that the workshop took place under a pine tree by the sea? The authentic surroundings made the time stand still while we worked on our food which turned out absolutely delicious. Loved every minute of this experience
