Summary:
The Rioja Like a Native wine tour was one of the best experiences of our vacation in Spain. We enjoyed delicious wines, tasty food, and tour guides with a wealth of knowledge about the area. Our final stop was especially memorable with the warmest hosts – Fito, Robert, Rebeca, and Taino – at their beautiful home, where we were treated to a wonderful dinner and wine tasting.

Summary:
This is not your typical race to a bunch of wineries and drink as much wine as possible. If you love wine, history, and spending time with great people, this is the tour for you. We are so happy we met Rebeca and Robert. The wineries we visited were different in their methods. It was interesting to see how wine making has changed over time. Great to learn about the processes in this region. The wine was phenomenal and lunch was a delicious traditional Rioja dish. We will definitely tour with them again if we make it back to Rioja.

We had a fantastic day with Fito, Robert and Rebecca. We were picked up at our hotel in Logrono and collected 3 more people and then headed to the first winery. I have to say everything went smoothly. We were in some beautiful and unique wineries and had a wonderful time. We had a beautifully home cooked meal with Fito , Rebecca and Robert and it was certainly memorable and great fun. We had a great group of people on our tour as well which made it even more enjoyable. All in all , it was a great day out.
