Summary:
I wanted no part of any ruins on this stop, so i decided to try Sandboarding with no expectations. I went solo for this excursion.
Diego was awesome. He was able to mime some instruction and i was off and running. We managed to get about 12 runs in, and he even threw in a little tour on the other side of the hill where the little owls would bounce around and burrow, which was cool.
The boarding was easy but fitness is definitely required for the climb. But even if you only get 6 runs in, it's still worth the trip. Thanks guys!
