Summary: This is the third time we have visited Seppelt’s and done the underground tour and tasting it is outstanding. You learn a lot about the history of the Great Western area and champagne making. A bonus is tasting a range of their outstanding sparkling wines We did the 12.00 AM tour (.our Guide Ricky was knowledgeable and entertaining )and followed it up with a grazing platter lunch. The whole experience was excellent

Summary: Very nice viewing of their historical setting. Unique cellar experience. Makes you want to have one of your own. Mark and Ricky gave some awesome backgrounds of the wines and we had a wonderful general conversation. More like going out for drinks with friends than a tasting.
