The Big One 150ft Abseiling Experience

Summary: I went with my adult son and we had a great time. It was made fun and exciting by our instructor Rob. We felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed challenging ourselves. Highly recommend.

Summary: Just something else. A BIG tick in my things to have done wish list. The guide was really helpful and during the lower 'training' abseil, took time to ensure that all safety equipment was correctly worn and that what I was required to do was fully understood. The guide, having checked everything, was super helpful in building individual confidence and offered lots of encouragement and , both during, throughout and after the training and 'The Big one' activities. I'm now 70 years young and would do this again in a heartbeat. Thankyou team Up and Under.

Summary: What an experience to remember. A throughly professional way to try abseiling in your 70's. The tutorials, equipment & activity leader were all excellent & the smaller 'trial' attempt & leader support & feedback built confidence, enough to move on to 'the big one' Would throughly recommend it to others. Summary: Our group consisted of myself ( a grandma of 72 ) my daughter plus 2 lovely friends. We were very apprehensive as none of us had done anything like this before but as we were raising money for a children’s charity , there was definitely no going back. Rob was so lovely , friendly, he gave us so much confidence and we felt safe ! It turned out to be an amazing experience which we all enjoyed , we had fun and raised lots of funds in the process! I fully recommend giving it a go !
