Summary: We had a great experience with Kahu kayak. Staff are super friendly. It was our first ever kayak experience with little swimming skill. At first, we were quite anxious but our super helpful guide (Kurt) made us relaxed and made our trip so memorable. He was so patient in guiding us. The kayak ride was around 1 hour each side. When we arrived in the split apple rock beach, he made us a perfect coffee and gave us some time to swim and play. He even arranged a game for us that was so fun. In summary, Kurt did far beyond his job and we are very thankful for that. This is a must do actively in the Northern part of South Island and Kahu kayak is a great and trusted place for that. Highly recommended!
