Summary: The visit to the castillo viejo cellar was undoubtedly a fantastic experience. Cristian, the sommelier, is an excellent host, tells us the history of the vineyard, guides us in the tasting/harmonization. The environment of the vineyard is welcoming, intimate, with excellent soundtrack and high quality lunch. I celebrated my birthday there and could not have been better, even with mimos received. Everyone who went was delighted , because it was the best visit to a winery that we did among many others.I can say definitely that it is no longer the same .
