Summary:
The Tibetan Bridge was a surprisingly good experience, I didn't expect it that long.
We board a bus that goes up in Canillo.
Then there's a kilometer on foot along the way with some slightly ascending stretch.
In summer I recommend taking water and cap.

Booked this activity (which went very smoothly by the way), had contact via email, phone and app. I got good instructions at the location and then I was careful. it was a really beautiful trip with incredibly beautiful views. The guidance was excellent and knowledgeable. Moments of peace to enjoy and something to drink was = run enough. In short, highly recommended to book this activity through Canigou Outdoor.
