Once back in the cellar, the techniques of processing the grapes and refining the wines are illustrated, both in steel and in wood. Summary: You will understand by asking in the area; I hadn't seen the event online, a very good DJ set, good wines from the winery that I later found and had for dinner by the lake. What can I say about the sunset over the valley, lying on a blanket with a bench to rest chips, glasses, etc., a unique experience!
