Summary: This was a really worthwhile activity and a great way to experience Thai culture and cuisine. The great thing about this is that you are taken to the local market to source the foods to cook. Aoh took us through the five dishes and she was amazing. They catered for my gluten free diet too. A superb experience 🙏😊

Summary: So pleased we took this cooking class. It was expertly run and organised. The markets are amazing, seeing all the fresh produce used and available. The dishes we prepared were tasty worth options to take home any leftovers. Advice: don't eat much before the class, and don't eat all the first course! You get an informative booklet with recipes and a guide on some of the ingredients. The teacher was easy to understand, repeated instructions and had a sense of humour. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
