  • train: take line sfm2 from porta susa or lingotto stations in turin towards pinerolo and get off at pinerolo piscina station, located about 1.5 km from the park. trains run every hour

  • combo ticket: changing rooms, showers, lockers onsite. umbrellas & deckchairs subject to availability
  • please keep your ticket, the barcode must remain legible. it must be shown upon request

  • ticket duplication, copy or manipulation will be prosecuted by the applicable law
  • glass objects, balls, bikes, scooters, skateboards, roller blades, etc. not allowed
  • free shuttle bus: runs on weekends and holidays, between 9 june and 9 september every day. buses depart from pinerolo piscina station at 10:35, 11:35, 12:35, and 14:35 and return to the station at 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00. trips take 10 minutes
  • guide dogs aren't allowed to enter the madagascar habitat & petra amphitheater
  • show your tiqets' smartphone ticket at the entrance
  • the (paid) parking area isn't guarded & closes 30 min after the park
  • you can exit and re-enter the park on the same day, please go to the ticket office staff before you exit
  • no animals, except guide dogs
